We are getting deeper in to the book Midnight for Charlie Bone, and Charlie is getting ready for his first day at Bloor's Academy. When we left Charlie, his mother and Grandma Maisie were having some fun with him and his "endowed" powers by having Charlie listen to the photographs of famous celebrities in magazines, which upset Grandma Bone.
We are calling upon you again to "listen" to photographs and give your impressions of the photograph below.

If I were Charlie Bone! #1
This week, we have started reading aloud, Midnight for Charlie Bone. We have read that Charlie has an interesting gift, one that allows him to hear what's going in the photographs that he sees. Can you imagine what that would be like, hearing what people are saying while the photos are being taken?
Pretend that you have the abilities of Charlie Bone, and you can hear what is happening in photographs. Use your new found ability to be like Charlie and tell what you "hear" from the photo below.
Be Creative and Have fun!
This is the first of what will hopefully be a weekly entry into our blogs called the "If I were Charlie Bone!" entries. Check back next week for a new picture and all those new "voices" it brings with it.
